Beta-glucans (Polysaccharide) are molecules which are able to highly stimulate our immune system. The beta-glucans we offer are extracted from 3 sources: Cellular walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast with a 70% concentration of beta-glucans. From Shiitake and Maitake medical mushrooms, with a minimum 30% concentration of lentinan, a natural source of beta-glucans (Polysaccharide). This association allows for a source of beta-glucans of type 1, 3 and 1.6 which act jointly. Such beta-glucans are highly concentrated and purified for maximal effectiveness.
In the prevention and fight against cancer through the nutritional approach, beta-glucans are used in order to decrease the side effects of chemical therapy and in order to increase the defence of our organism against opportunistic infections caused by a weakened immune system.
The mechanism of beta-glucans can be described by their action of stimulation of the immune system which consequently increases the concentration of T and B lymphocytes as well as the activity of macrophages (cell which ingest and digest cells or foreign particles). |

INGREDIENTS: In 1 capsule: Dried purified extracts: yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 200 mg, with a 70% concentration of beta-glucans 140 mg. Shiitake (Lentinus edodes) 50 mg, with a 31% concentration of Polysaccharide 15,5 mg. Maitake (Grifola frondosa) 50 mg, with a 37% concentration of Polysaccharide 18,5 mg., which makes a total of 174 mg of pure beta-glucans (Polysaccharide) per capsule.
OTHER INGREDIENTS: gelatine capsule
FOOD ALLERGENS: Does not contain allergens or GMOs (in accordance with EU Directive 200389/EC).

DIRECTIONS:
1 to 2 capsules a day outside mealtimes and according your therapist advice. Vitamin C (fruit juice) is recommended for better assimilation.
