In-Se-Ty® is a synergy complex based on natural active ingredients, it affects the production of the principal hormones responsible for weight gain: Insulin, which reduces sugar levels, Serotonin, which helps to control appetite and to curb anxiety-related bulimic behaviour, Thyroid hormones, which improve calorific expenditure and also help to burn fat and reduce cholesterol.
Gymnema is a plant that grows in the tropical forests of northern and western India. The gymnemic acid obtained from it can help regenerating the pancreas cells which secret insulin (the hormone responsible for the body’s assimilation of sugar) and improv glucose assimilation by increasing enzyme activity at this level. Furthermore, gymnema slows down the stimulating action of adrenalin on the liver, thus reducing glucose production and therefore, blood sugar levels. Finally, as it eliminates the perception of sweet flavours, gymnema is very useful for those who cannot stop nibbling or keep away from chocolate bars.
Chromium is the main mineral involved in the secretion of insulin. It also increases the ability to attach itself to target cells.
Griffonia Simplicifolia is a plant from Africa whose seeds are naturally rich in 5-HTP (Hydroxytryptophan), a forerunner of serotonin. The latter is the hormone involved in suppressing the appetite for rich calorie sugary food. 5-HTP ensures a natural way of regularly replenishing serotonin levels. Therefore, Griffonia Simplicifolia has none of the side effects (blood pressure, palpitations, constipation, nausea, headaches …) found in medicines intended to inhibit the “recapture” of serotonin by means of brain synapses.
Fucus vesiculosus is an alga rich in iodine, an essential element for well functioning thyroid gland. The latter produces T3 and T4 hormones, which in turn help to improve blood circulation and therefore, the cells’ supply of water, nutrients and oxygen. Furthermore, these hormones dissolve fat and cholesterol, and help to remove waste from cells. Fucus vesiculosus is also particularly useful for people of "O" blood group, as indeed, they have more problems eliminating microorganisms from the blood. In fact, the fucus contained in the fucus vesiculosus attaches itself to these unwanted particles and separates them from body tissues before they have the chance to adhere to them or cause irritation.
Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid, meaning that it cannot be produced by the human body, and must therefore be supplied externally. It gets transformed into tyrosine, another amino acid forerunner of the thyroid hormones by iodine binding. Furthermore, phenylalanine is a component of the substances innate to brain neurotransmitters and helps to reduce appetite.

INGREDIENTS: FOR 4 CAPSULES: L-phénylalaline (600 mg), fucus vesicolus titrated in iodine(600 mg), gymnema sylvestris (200 mg), chromium chloride (0,12 mg), griffonia simplicifolia titrated in L-5HTP (200 mg).
Proportion in active ingredients:
- L-phénylalaline: 600 mg min.
- Iodine: 600 mcg min.
- Acid gymnemic: 150 mg min.
- Chromium chloride: 25 mcg min.
- L-5HTP: 60 mg min.

DIRECTIONS:
4 capsules a day, spreading out over 2 doses, midday and evenings, 1/2 hour before midday and evenings at mealtimes and according your therapist.
WARNINGS:
Not advised for pregnant or breast feeding women. Do not to exceed 4 capsules a day without consulting a doctor.
