Garcinia cambogia, also called guttier, is a little asiatic shrub long known for the gum extracted from its resin (gamboge gum).
Recent research has proved that the skin of its fruit contains Hydroxycitric Acid (H.C.A.), a fruit acid that turns out to be very effective as an appetite and body weight regulator.
It acts within the cell, by inhibiting production of enzymes normally responsible for the conversion of sugars into fats. |
