Glucosamine generally helps fight arthrosis, characterized by bone and joint cartilage degeneration. Besides improving macromolecular synthesis of the cartilage and reducing inflammation and pain, this improves the viscosity (stickiness) of the synovial fluid and therefore the lubrication of the cartilage.
For best results, this product is best used in combination with 90% pure chondroitin sulfate, as this is a complementary cartilage protector. |
