| Norwegian whalers use the word 'krill' to refer to the small animals on which whales feed. These small (from 0.6 cm to 10 cm) shell fish which form zooplancton, are a source of natural pigments, amino acid and oligo-elements.
The oil that can be extracted from it is reputed to be antioxidant and rich in phospholipids. In fact, it contains marine bioflavonoids as well as astaxanthine with its well-known antioxidant properties. Its essential fatty acids are present in the form of phospholipids which makes this oil digestible. Omega 3 DHA/EPA are therefore better absorbed without eructation or nausea.
A valuable aid to tempering our emotions in periods of stress! The role of omega 3 in maintaining a good mental balance is well known. A comparative study with fish oil has even shown that it was more effective, probably because it is better absorbed by the body, being more stable due to the presence of astaxanthine, a powerful antioxidant which protects it from deterioration. DIRECTIONS:
1- 2 capsules a day before meals and as instructed by your doctor. Allow for dietary contribution.
