Menopause can sometimes be a difficult time. Research has shown the therapeutic effect of combining progesterone and estrogen to prevent and reduce hot flashes, cardiovascular disorders, bone loss and cancer, especially breast cancer.
Wild Yam extract, a Mexican Root, contains diogenine, a natural progesterone-generating substance. This soy extract, traditionally used by Asian women, helps relieve the symptoms of menopause thanks to its high isoflavone content, whose chemical structure is identical to that of estrogen.

INGREDIENTS: For 1 capsule : dry purified extracts from non-transgenic yam and soy. Yam (150 mg) titered at 16 % min. diosgenine, soy (150 mg) titered at 40 % min. isoflavones.
