Hormones

T3 thyroid hormone or the energy hormone

The thyroid gland secretes thyroxine (T4), which is the precursor hormone of Triiodothyronine (T3). Most of T4 is activated into T3 in the liver.
T3 accelerates blood circulation in the arteries and veins, which thus increases the water, nutrients, oxygen and hormones absorbed. It also loosens up the muscles and joints. Furthermore, T3 plays a role in your looking good, energises all your cells, stimulates your brain, keeps your body warm, dissolves fat and cholesterol and slims down your face, calves and torso.
It is possible to improve your thyroid hormone rate by eating more carbohydrates (vegetables, fruit). You should avoid excess meat and fat, as well as cutting back on drinks containing caffeine. You should also think about making up deficiencies in vitamins and trace elements.
